Our website and client management system are operated using third-party platforms (including Go High Level “GHL”). These tools enable online enquiries, bookings, messaging and payments.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site and that you are legally capable of entering into service agreements and booking works.
You consent to us contacting you by email, phone and SMS (including automated messages) regarding enquiries, quotes, bookings, reminders and service updates. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Where works differ from the quoted scope, we will issue a variation (priced at our current rates). Variations must be approved (including electronically) before we proceed unless urgent to make safe.
SECTION 5 – SERVICES, CALLOUTS, PARTS, PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS
Our services may be purchased online or booked via our calendar. Parts and materials used in your job may be new or equivalent new as per supplier availability. Photos on the site are illustrative only. We may limit service areas or job types at our discretion. We do not guarantee that services will meet your unique expectations where information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
We provide a workmanship warranty as stated on your quote/invoice. Manufacturer warranties for parts and appliances are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
A deposit may be required to secure bookings. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless stated otherwise. We may charge reasonable late fees or interest for overdue amounts and may suspend further works until paid.
Payments processed via third-party gateways are subject to their terms and fees. We do not store full card details.
SECTION 6A – BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Cancellations: Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out/cancellation fee to cover allocated labour and travel.
No-show / no access: If our technician cannot access the site within a reasonable time, a call-out fee may apply and the appointment will be rebooked.
Emergency works: For safety, we may perform temporary make-safe works and charge accordingly.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
This includes tools supplied by GHL (forms, calendars, messaging) and other providers (e.g., Stripe, Google, Meta).

All AI-assisted content is reviewed by our team for accuracy and compliance, and we remain responsible for the information provided.

SECTION 22 – REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & PERMITS
Where compliance certificates, inspections or permits are required, we will advise. Associated fees will be itemised on your invoice/quote.
SECTION 23 – HIDDEN CONDITIONS & PRE-EXISTING ISSUES
We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by pre-existing issues, hidden conditions (e.g., concealed pipework, asbestos), or non-compliant previous works. Additional work to address such issues will be quoted as a variation.
SECTION 24 – RISK, DAMAGE & MAKE-SAFE
We take reasonable care while performing works. You must identify any known risks (e.g., fragile finishes). Where urgent make-safe works are required to prevent damage or hazards, we may proceed and charge reasonable costs.
