When you submit a form, request a quote, or book an appointment through our website or advertising platforms, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, email, phone number, and address.

We also collect information automatically through cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels (such as the Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website and improve our marketing and services.

SECTION 4 – HD Pro Plumbing

Our website and client management system are hosted on Go High Level (GHL), which provides us with the online tools to manage appointments, forms, and communications.

Your data may be stored securely through Go High Level’s cloud infrastructure and databases. GHL uses secure servers and encryption to protect your personal information.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then HD Pro Plumbing stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools and tracking technologies to deliver relevant ads and measure campaign performance. Data collected via these tools is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

We use AI-assisted tools (including but not limited to Go High Level related automations) to help generate marketing copy, email content, and automate communications.

These tools may process limited data (such as first name, email address, and website interactions) to personalize messaging or analyse engagement.

AI outputs are reviewed by a human before being used or sent. We do not use AI for decision-making that affects your rights, pricing, or access to our services.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

In addition, Go High Level implements encryption and access control measures to protect user information collected through our online forms and automations.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

_store_front_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

We use tracking technologies such as the Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools to collect anonymized data about how users interact with our website and ads. You can opt out through your browser settings or via Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences.
